Shipping & Returns

We ship non-custom orders within 3 business days of receiving your order via USPS. We attempt to ship custom orders within 3 days, but it may take up to 11 days to ship.

We accept non-custom, unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Contact us for returning your merchandise by emailing us at info@elusivesociety.com

We pay out all refunds in the same way in which the product was paid for. Refunds are paid within 1 week of receiving the product and confirming the returned product is within the refundable guidelines.
